Fully Remote Business

In 2020 we started operating fully remotely and it has worked for us not only as a business, but most importantly as people. We can now offer our staff flexibility and work-life balance, so they can fit their family commitments or passions around work. We base our company on ethics and trust, and that is extremely empowering. We recognise and appreciate our staff with a quarterly Most Valuable Player (MVP) reward which celebrates non-monetary contributions, such as hard work and positive impact on the team.

We address the challenges of remote working such as loneliness or feeling excluded. We make sure all staff meets daily at the time that suits us all in various time zones. We tailor learning and development opportunities to our staff needs during formal and informal meetings.

We feel very strongly about mental health. We are open about it, and we treat it as any other health issues. We offer support in this fast paced and often stressful environment; we cherish our staff successes and learn from mistakes. We encourage our staff to take time off and enjoy their free time.

Community

Even without a physical office, we want to be a worthy member of our communities. We encourage our staff to get involved in the issues close to their heart. We match their fundraising contributions and support them in their voluntary work.

We cooperate with small and medium companies who provide us with services vital to our business. We maintain close relationships and we know they adhere to ethical standards.
