Role Summary
The Head of Corporate QMS will lead the development, implementation, and oversight of the Global Quality Management System (QMS), ensuring compliance with international standards and promoting a culture of continuous improvement. Reporting to the Chief Quality Officer.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- QMS Development and Implementation:
- Develop and implement a robust QMS aligned with international standards, ensuring compliance across all operations.
- Manage QMS lifecycle and stay updated with evolving legislative requirements.
- Establish standardized processes to enhance consistency and efficiency in global operations.
- Prepare Quality Manual and develop strategic documents for relevant teams.
- Implement proactive risk management practices to address potential risks in product quality and regulatory compliance.
- Quality and Team Leadership:
- Lead a global team for QMS implementation, fostering collaboration and accountability. - Stay informed on international regulations affecting QMS alignment.
- Perform quality reviews to assess compliance and trends across sites.

- Adhere to GMP principles and ensure regular training in this policy.

- Follow health and safety protocols as detailed in company guidelines.
- PHARMACOVIGILANCE
- Report any safety concerns or adverse events in line with internal regulations.

- Comply with internal policies and the organization's code of conduct.
- SUSTAINABILITY
- Follow ESG principles outlined in the company’s Sustainability Strategy.
QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIRED SKILLS
- Minimum of 10 years in a similar role or senior management within the pharmaceutical industry.
- University degree in relevant Life Sciences.
- Extensive experience in QMS leadership and quality management within the pharmaceutical sector.
- Knowledge of international standards (ICH, ISO) and regulatory requirements.
- Leadership skills with proven ability to drive change and maintain quality excellence. - Strong communication, flexibility, and an ability to manage competing priorities.
- Fluent in English.
