In the last couple of years, we have gone through big changes and now we are in a better position to achieve net zero emissions. We aim to do better using continuous improvement initiatives to implement eco-friendly and green ideas. Fully Remote Business
Our fully remote operating model is not only good for our employees and us as a business, but it also has a positive impact on the environment. We said good-bye to daily commute, which saves our time, money and petrol. Working from home has made us better with cutting down waste:
- We use our coffee mugs, instead of paper cups and single use plastics.
- Recycling at home is much easier.
- We turn the lights and equipment off overnight.
- Lunch at home or in the local area allows us to eat healthy, non-processed food.
Travel
We have learnt to work from home and to do business from home. We are as professional from our home office wearing a t-shirt as we are suited and booted in a boardroom. We meet our clients online, wherever they are. We do not need to travel the world to connect with people and build our network. We are as efficient and deliver a fantastic service with almost zero miles. Yes, it is great to see our clients in person, but now we reserve it for very special occasions.
We encourage our staff to car-share, travel by public transport or jump on a bike whenever it is possible.
Digital
Our recruitment process is paper-free. 99% of our documentation is digital – printing is a thing of the past. To save paper and make the processes more efficient we use an e-sign platform whenever possible.
We look after our equipment and buy new with the best energy saving ratings. We make sure that we use digital space reasonably by keeping our documentation in order and regularly clean up our servers.

We could not do it without our brilliant staff. We strongly encourage our employees to be as green as possible when working from home. We believe that many individual efforts make a difference and set positive trends locally and in the wider business community.
